The Cast of Stage Struck - TCOSS

2015 to 2025

It’s hard to believe that this incredible journey started in 2015, and we came full circle almost to the day when we had our first show - With A Little Help From My Friends - back at the Arts Centre for our final performance. What started as a ‘could we do it’ turned into a ‘yes we could’. And we had so much fun along the way. There was much laughter, and a few tears, but it was an absolute joy.

But all good things must come to an end, and so as well as celebrating our 10 year anniversary, we also marked our final the last performance from TCOSS. It was a difficult decision but it felt like the right time. We achieved so much in those 10 years, put on 17 full scale productions as well as smaller performances in care homes, village halls, at garden parties and anniversary celebrations. In fact, anywhere that would have us.

We learnt numerous songs, dances, worn the most fantastic costumes and had some pretty amazing props too. And we raised an incredible amount of money for local charities along the way - over £12,000. 

​

And we made friends, good friends, that will be part of our lives forever.

​

We’d like to take the opportunity to thank our families, especially in those early days, when we weren’t sure whether we’d ever succeed. And of course, our audiences, for their support over the years. 

​

Many of the cast have gone on to other things, and we encourage you to follow each on their journeys. But for TCOSS, it’s time to sign off.
